As an experienced Realtor, I’m committed to helping you find just the right home for you and your family. My job is to make buying your new house as easy and pleasant for you as possible. Here’s what to expect when you come to me looking for a new house.
Determining Your Needs
The first time we meet you’ll have a lot of questions for me. We’ll sit down together and discuss your needs, from the number of bedrooms to how far it is to the nearest school or mall. The Northern Virginia real estate market can cater to your almost any desire. The more we can focus in on your ideal home, the easier it will be to find exactly what you want.
Assessing Your Possibilities (Including Financing)
One of the strongest factors choosing ‘the right house’ is price. You should counsel with a mortgage loan officer to determine your financial qualifications. If you need suggestions, I can offer three or four suggestions. From that point, we can start looking at area real estate that fits your needs and budget requirements.
Providing Access to the Multiple Listing Service
I have access to the MLS for the broadest range of choices available to any realtor. Your choices aren’t confined to only the houses that I represent. You can access this service from my site.
Helping You Find Just The Right House
When we find a house that you’d like to look at, we’ll go together – or meet at the property. I’ll answer as many questions as I have pertinent knowledge. I’ll provide links that can assist your questions about the neighborhood and the services you’ll find close by. The condition of the property will be visual. A more thorough examination will be required by hiring a Home Inspector.
Making Your Dream a Reality
Once you find your dream house, you don’t want to lose it on a technicality. I’ll guide you through the process to make sure that all the t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted properly and on time.

In short, I’ll be with you every step of the way until you have the keys to your new home.

  • Attend home inspection with you/inspector
  • Keep you regularly updated on the progress of your loan, title work, etc.

  • Attend settlement and provide support for you
